On the October 31 episode of MBC’s popular variety show Come to Play, four stars who have caused a splash in China were invited: Jang Seo Hee, Lee Jung Hyun, and Super Junior’s Eunhyuk and Donghae.

On the show, Eunhyuk pointed out the golden trophy, worth about 100 million won, as one of the most memorable gifts sent by Chinese fans.

Eunhyuk expressed his deep gratitude by saying, “Chinese fans who were disappointed by the failure of Super Junior’s winning the 2010 golden disk prize prepared this gift with all their hearts.”

When he revealed the actual value of the golden trophy, the other guests were stunned.
When asked about the whereabouts of the trophy, he said, evoking big laughs among the guests, “It is in safe storage at our agency’s office. We’re seeking a worthy cause to dominate this precious gift, but the news that the price of gold is expected to go up and up makes ourselves hesitate…”

Donghae reveals another anecdote that proves Super Junior’s huge popularity inChina: “While carrying out activities with ‘Bonamana’ inChina, a Chinese fan left a receipt with us. The receipt showed that they bought Super Junior’s albums worth over 140 million won.”

111030 Super Junior’s “Mr. Simple” grabs top spot on Taiwan’s KKBOX chart for 11 consecutive weeks

As widely publicized by the media and also Super Junior members themselves, the group achieved an unbelievable record of staying at the number one spot on Taiwan’s KKBOX weekly chart for 63 consecutive weeks with their previous title song, “Bonamana.” KKBOX is the largest music website in Taiwan and thus its charts provide strong evidence of artists’ popularity level. Super Junior has expressed gratitude towards Taiwanese ELFs’ efforts in helping them achieve the record, and also hope that the streak will continue with “Mr. Simple” eventually breaking the record achieved by “Bonamana.”

It appears that Super Junior’s message has been heard by all Taiwanese fans, as “Mr. Simple” has now been at the number one spot on the KKBOX chart for 11 consecutive weeks! Ever since over-taking “Bonamana” during the week of August 20th, “Mr. Simple” has been going strong on the charts, only occasionally giving up the number one spot on the daily charts for short periods of time before regaining the top spot.

Including the record achieved by “Bonamana,” Super Junior has now been occupying the number one spot for an amazing 74 consecutive weeks. 111031 Donghae surprise confession “I want to be like HaHa hyung”

Super Junior Donghae confessed that he wanted to be like HaHa.

On the 31st on MBC ‘Come to Play’ Donghae made many curious by stating that his goal was to be like HaHa.

On this day, after Eunhyuk said that he wanted to be national MC like Yoo Jaesuk, Donghae said “I want to be HaHa so that I can stay by him.” and surprised everybody.
